- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) cooked white rice

- 🍗 1 piece (200g) chicken thigh

- 🍄 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🍄 1 piece king oyster mushroom
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
Condiments
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- Pinch of black pepper
Dairy
- 🥛 300ml milk
- 🧀 50g pizza cheese
Seasoning
- 2 tsp consomme powder
- Parsley for garnish

- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
ÉTAPES
Mince the onion. Trim the root of shimeji mushrooms and separate them. Cut the king oyster mushroom into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the chicken skin-side down and cook until browned. Flip and cook for another 2–3 minutes until fully cooked.
Add onion, mushrooms, and butter to the pan. Sauté over medium heat until the onion becomes translucent.
Add flour and stir until no longer powdery. Gradually pour in milk, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens slightly.
Add the cooked white rice and mix well.
Season with consomme powder, mayonnaise, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly and sprinkle cheese on top.
Cover the pan and cook over low heat until the cheese melts. Garnish with parsley before serving.
