Main Ingredients
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
- 1 pack nameko mushrooms
- 200g grated daikon
Seasonings
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Potato starch as needed
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 🧅 Chopped green onion as needed
- 1 pack (3g) bonito flakes
Sauce
- 3 tbsp concentrated soy sauce (3x)
- 💧 150ml water
- 1 tsp grated ginger
ÉTAPES
Wash the nameko mushrooms to remove slime and drain well.
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle with salt and potato starch.
Grate the daikon and squeeze out excess water.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add the chicken. Cook until browned on one side, then flip.
Add the nameko mushrooms, sauce ingredients (soy sauce, water, ginger), and grated daikon to the pan. Simmer for 3 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion and bonito flakes.
