Protein
- 🍗 300g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 onion, cut into wedges
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, a pinch
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
ÉTAPES
Cut the onion into wedges.
Season chicken with salt and pepper, cut into bite-sized pieces, and coat with cornstarch in a bag.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a pan, place chicken skin-side down, and cook on medium heat until browned. Flip and add onion, cover, and steam on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add the sauce and stir-fry until the liquid evaporates and the dish becomes glossy.
Plate the dish and garnish with chopped green onion.
