- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce

ÉTAPES
Cut the roots off the pea shoots and slice them in half.
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, place the chicken skin-side down, and cook until browned. Flip and cook for another 3–4 minutes until fully cooked.
Add the pea shoots and ponzu sauce to the pan and stir-fry briefly until combined.
