Main Ingredients
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken breast
- 🥔 1 potato
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Sauce Ingredients
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp condensed milk
- 🥛 1 tbsp milk
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
ÉTAPES
Cut the potato into bite-sized pieces, soak in water for 5 minutes, and drain.
Place the potato in a bowl, sprinkle with 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and coat with cornstarch.
Mix all sauce ingredients (mayonnaise, ketchup, condensed milk, milk, lemon juice) in a container.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add the potato, and fry until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, fry the chicken until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Combine the potato and chicken in a bowl, add the sauce, and toss to coat evenly.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
