- 100ml mirin
- 100ml sake
ÉTAPES
Wash the rice thoroughly and set aside.
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Combine soy sauce, mirin, sake, and shredded kombu in a bowl to create the seasoning mixture.
Place the washed rice, chicken pieces, and seasoning mixture into a rice cooker. Add water as needed to reach the appropriate level for cooking.
