INGRÉDIENTS
Protein
- 🍗 100g chicken thigh
- 🦐 90g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 20g chives, cut into 3cm pieces
- 100g bean sprouts
- 1/2 knob ginger, sliced
Staples
- 30g glass noodles
- 💧 400cc water
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
Toppings
- Cilantro to taste
- Chili oil to taste
- Pinch of black pepper
ÉTAPES
Slice the onion and ginger thinly. Cut the chives into 3cm pieces. Chop the cilantro into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle with salt.
In a pot, bring water, sake, ginger, and chicken to a boil. Reduce heat and skim off any foam. Add onion, glass noodles, and seasoning ingredients. Mix well and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add shrimp, chives, and bean sprouts. Bring to a boil again and cook for 1 minute until shrimp is cooked through.
Serve in bowls, drizzle with chili oil, sprinkle black pepper, and garnish with cilantro.
