- 🍗 200g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🥬 200g spinach
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced

- 🧈 30g salted butter
- 🥛 300ml milk
- 🧀 50g pizza cheese
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tsp consomme

- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
ÉTAPES
Slice the onion thinly and cut the spinach into bite-sized pieces. Trim the spinach roots slightly.
Cut the chicken thigh into small bite-sized pieces.
Boil water in a pan, blanch the spinach briefly, drain, and squeeze out excess water. Heat 20g butter in the pan, cook chicken until white, then add onion and sauté until softened. Add flour and mix until no lumps remain.
On low heat, gradually add milk in three portions, stirring each time. Add salt, pepper, and consomme, then mix until thickened. Add spinach and mix well.
Grease a heatproof dish with remaining butter, pour in the mixture, top with cheese, and sprinkle breadcrumbs. Bake in a toaster for about 8 minutes until golden brown.
