INGRÉDIENTS
Main
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
- 🥬 2 turnips with leaves
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 🍋 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Slice chicken thigh diagonally into thin pieces and season with salt and pepper. Coat with potato starch.
Cut turnips into 5mm thick slices, leaving 1cm of stem intact. Peel and chop the leaves.
Mix salt, black pepper, and sesame oil in a bowl.
Layer chicken and turnip slices alternately in a microwave-safe container. Sprinkle turnip leaves on top and pour the seasoning mixture over. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 6 minutes.
Drizzle lemon juice over the dish, re-cover with plastic wrap, and let it sit for 3 minutes.
