INGRÉDIENTS
Protein
- 🍗 1 piece (200g) chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 2 green peppers, sliced
- 🧅 1/2 scallion, diagonally sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- Potato starch as needed
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of sliced chili
- 2 tbsp vinegar
Sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 100cc water
- A pinch of sliced chili
ÉTAPES
Slice the onion and green peppers thinly. Diagonally slice the scallion.
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and coat with potato starch.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat, place chicken skin-side down, and cook until browned. Flip and cover with a lid, cooking on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add onion to the pan and stir-fry until softened. Add green peppers and scallion, stir-frying briefly.
Mix the sauce ingredients (sugar, soy sauce, water, chili) in a bowl and microwave uncovered at 600W for 1 minute.
Add vinegar to the heated sauce, then combine with the stir-fried ingredients and mix well.
