INGRÉDIENTS
Main
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken breast
- 🥑 1/2 avocado
- sufficient amount of flour
- 🧂 pinch of salt and pepper
- sufficient amount of vegetable oil
Batter
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- 4 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 💧 2 tbsp water
Sauce
- 🍅 1 tomato (150g)
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
ÉTAPES
Cut the tomato into 1cm cubes and remove the stem. Peel and slice the avocado into 2cm wide pieces. Coat the avocado lightly with flour.
Slice the chicken breast diagonally into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper. Coat lightly with flour.
Mix the batter ingredients (egg, flour, potato starch, baking powder, and water) in a bowl.
Heat vegetable oil in a pot to 170°C. Dip the avocado pieces into the batter and fry for about 30 seconds until lightly golden. Remove and repeat with the chicken, frying for about 3 minutes until cooked through.
Combine the sauce ingredients (tomato, salt, balsamic vinegar) in a separate bowl.
Serve the fritters on a plate and accompany with the tomato balsamic sauce.
