Main Ingredients
- 🍗 1 piece chicken breast
- 250g bean sprouts
- 8 perilla leaves
- 🧅 1/2 green onion
- 🧅 small amount of onion
- small amount of radish sprouts
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 🍋 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp oligosaccharide
- small amount of black pepper
ÉTAPES
Boil the bean sprouts briefly, drain, and let them cool completely in a colander.
Boil the chicken breast in water with green onion, onion, and black pepper for 15-20 minutes. Remove the chicken, rinse in cold water, and shred into bite-sized pieces.
Thinly slice the perilla leaves and soak them briefly in cold water. Drain thoroughly. Do the same for the radish sprouts.
Prepare the mustard sauce by mixing mustard, soy sauce, sesame seeds, lemon juice, and oligosaccharide in a bowl. Crush the sesame seeds for a richer aroma.
Arrange the bean sprouts on a large plate, followed by the perilla leaves, shredded chicken breast, and radish sprouts. Drizzle the mustard sauce over the top.
