- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken breast
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 🍄 7 mushrooms, halved
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of chopped parsley
Sauce Ingredients
- 🍅 1/2 can (200g) diced tomatoes
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp consomme
- 💧 100ml water
ÉTAPES
Thinly slice the onion and garlic. Halve the mushrooms.
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces using a slanted slicing method. Season with salt and pepper, then coat with cornstarch.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a pressure cooker over low heat until fragrant. Add the chicken and cook over medium heat until the color changes.
Add onion, mushrooms, and sauce ingredients. Mix well, cover, and cook on high heat until pressure builds. Reduce to medium heat and cook for 6 minutes. Turn off the heat and let the pressure release naturally.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped parsley.
