- 🍚 2 bowls (400g) cooked rice

- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken breast
Vegetables

- 🍄 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp miso
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
ÉTAPES
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and coat evenly with potato starch.
Rub okra with salt (not listed in ingredients), rinse under water, trim the stem ends, and cut diagonally in half. Trim and separate shimeji mushrooms.
Mix all sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, miso, garlic paste) in a bowl.
