- 🍗 200g skinless chicken breast
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 125g pea shoots
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1.5 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 💧 100ml water
ÉTAPES
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces by slicing diagonally. Place in a bowl and massage with sake and salt.
Slice the onion thinly and cut the pea shoots into halves after removing the roots.
In a frying pan, add chicken, onion, soy sauce, and water. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 6 minutes.
Add pea shoots and stir. Once boiling again, pour in the beaten eggs. Cover and cook on low heat for about 3 minutes until the eggs reach your desired consistency.
