- 🍗 125g skinless chicken breast
Vegetables
- 🥬 200g spinach
- 🧅 100g sliced onion
Dairy
- 🧀 50g pizza cheese
- 🥛 50ml milk
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp miso
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Tofu Cream
- 150g silken tofu
ÉTAPES
Cut spinach into 3-4 cm pieces, microwave with 1 tbsp water for 2 minutes, cool, and squeeze out excess water. Slice onion thinly.
Slice chicken breast into small bite-sized pieces using a slanted knife motion.
Wrap silken tofu in paper towels and microwave for 2 minutes to remove excess water. Mix tofu until smooth and combine with milk, miso, salt, and pepper to create tofu cream.
Heat salad oil in a pan, cook chicken until color changes, then add onion and sauté until softened.
Add spinach, season with salt and pepper, and mix well. Flatten the mixture, top with tofu cream and cheese, cover, and steam on low heat for 1 minute until cheese melts. Sprinkle black pepper before serving.
