Main Ingredients
- 🍗 200g skinless chicken breast
- 🥒 200g zucchini, 1 piece
- 2 tsp sake
Scallion Lemon Sauce
- 🧅 40g minced scallion
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 2 tsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🍋 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
ÉTAPES
Cut off the zucchini stem and slice it into 1cm thick rounds. Mince the scallion.
Pierce the chicken breast with a fork to tenderize.
Place the zucchini and chicken in a microwave-safe container, drizzle with sake, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes. Leave covered for 10 minutes to cook through with residual heat.
Once cooled, shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Mix with the scallion lemon sauce ingredients.
