- 🍗 1 chicken breast (300g)
- 4 tbsp potato starch
- black pepper to taste
- vegetable oil as needed
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp grated cheese
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
ÉTAPES
Cut the chicken breast in half lengthwise and then into bite-sized pieces.
Place the chicken pieces and seasoning ingredients (sake, mayonnaise, grated cheese, salt, garlic) into a plastic bag. Massage the mixture and let it marinate for 10 minutes. Add potato starch and coat evenly.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan to 170°C, about 1 cm deep. Fry the chicken pieces for 2 minutes until golden, then flip and fry for another 2-3 minutes until cooked through and crispy.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with black pepper.
