INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 200g skinless chicken breast
- 100g firm tofu
- 🧀 50g pizza cheese
- as needed plain flour
- as needed vegetable oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 🥚 1/2 beaten egg
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp potato starch
Condiments
- 🍅 as needed ketchup
- 🌭 as needed mustard
ÉTAPES
Wrap tofu in kitchen paper, place on a microwave-safe plate, and heat at 600W for 2 minutes. Let it cool.
Finely chop the chicken breast and pound it until smooth.
Combine chicken, tofu, and seasoning ingredients in a plastic bag. Mix until sticky. Cut the tip of the bag.
Place flour on a tray. Pipe half the mixture into equal portions. Add cheese to the center, then pipe the remaining mixture on top. Dust with flour and shape.
Heat vegetable oil in a pot to 170°C. Fry the nuggets for about 5 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve on a plate with ketchup and mustard on the side.
