INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
Protein
- 🍗 100g chicken breast, diced
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion, chopped
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
Cheese
- 🧀 Generous amount of mozzarella cheese
- 🧀 1 slice cheddar cheese
Sauce
- 🍅 2 tbsp tomato spaghetti sauce
ÉTAPES
Add chopped onion and green onion to a pan.
Dice chicken breast into small cubes and add to the pan with some oil.
Add minced garlic and sauté until onions turn translucent over medium heat.
When chicken is golden brown, add 1 bowl of cooked rice to the pan.
Add 2 tbsp of tomato spaghetti sauce and stir well.
Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish. Optionally, add corn for extra flavor.
Sprinkle a generous amount of mozzarella cheese on top.
Place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of the mozzarella.
Bake at 180°C for about 10 minutes or microwave for 4-5 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
