ÉTAPES
Boil quail eggs in water with 1 tsp coarse salt.
Boil chicken breast in water with 1 tbsp cooking wine until fully cooked.
Peel the quail eggs after cooling them in cold water.
Shred the cooked chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
Combine water, quail eggs, shredded chicken, garlic, soy sauce, sugar, corn syrup, and cooking wine in a pot.
Simmer the mixture until the sauce reduces and thickens.
