- 1 tbsp soy sauce

Coating
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- 5 tbsp potato starch
Topping
- 40g spicy cod roe
- 1 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🥛 1/2 tsp milk
- 1/4 pack radish sprouts
ÉTAPES
Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
Mix grated ginger, sake, soy sauce, salt, and pepper to prepare the marinade.
