Main Ingredients
- 🍗 1 chicken breast (250g)
- 🧅 3 scallions
- 3 tbsp potato starch
- Enough vegetable oil for frying
Seasoning for Chicken
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
Scallion Lemon Sauce
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Cut the scallions into small slices.
Slice the chicken breast diagonally into bite-sized pieces and marinate with the seasoning ingredients. Coat with potato starch.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan to 180°C and fry the chicken pieces for about 3 minutes, flipping occasionally until cooked through.
Mix the scallions with the sauce ingredients in a bowl to create the scallion lemon sauce.
Serve the fried chicken on a plate and drizzle with the scallion lemon sauce.
