- 🍗 1 piece (250g) skinless chicken breast
- 2 tsp salad oil
Yogurt Miso Marinade
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp miso
- 🥛 2 tbsp unsweetened yogurt
ÉTAPES
Pierce the chicken breast with a fork in several places. Place the chicken and marinade ingredients (mirin, miso, yogurt) into a resealable bag, massage well, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Remove the chicken from the bag and lightly wipe off excess yogurt miso marinade with a paper towel.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over low heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned. Flip the chicken, cover with a lid, and cook for 3–4 minutes until fully cooked.
Slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces and serve on a plate.
