- 🍗 1 pack chicken breast
- 🍙 10 pieces brown rice tteok
- 🧅 1 onion, chopped
- 🥕 1 carrot, chopped
- 🍄 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 🧄 A small amount of green onion
Optional Toppings
- 🥚 1 boiled egg
Seasoning
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp oligo syrup
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
ÉTAPES
Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, oligo syrup, and minced garlic to create the sauce.
Chop mushrooms, onion, carrot, and green onion into appropriate sizes.
Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
In a frying pan, stir-fry mushrooms, onion, and carrot (excluding green onion).
Add brown rice tteok and chicken breast to the pan and stir-fry together.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and stir-fry until evenly coated.
Add green onion and stir-fry briefly before removing from heat.
Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with optional boiled egg.
