- 1 pack konjac noodles
- 1 chili pepper

- 100g bean sprouts
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

Seasoning
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 0.5 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 0.3 tbsp ginger powder
ÉTAPES
Rinse the konjac noodles under cold water and briefly blanch them in hot water to remove any odor.
Prepare the chili pepper and green onion by slicing them, and wash the bean sprouts thoroughly.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients together to create the sauce.
Heat olive oil in a pan and stir-fry the chicken breast with minced garlic until cooked through.
Add the bean sprouts to the pan and stir-fry quickly until slightly softened.
Add the konjac noodles, green onion, chili pepper, and prepared sauce to the pan and stir-fry until well combined.
Finish by adding sesame oil and stir briefly before serving.
