Main Ingredients
- 🍗 250g skinless chicken breast
- 2 myoga
- 250g pea shoots
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
ÉTAPES
Cut the chicken breast lengthwise, then slice into thin strips about 1cm wide. Place in a bowl, add sake and salt, massage into the chicken, then coat with potato starch.
Thinly slice the myoga and cut the pea shoots in half after removing the roots.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the chicken, and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add the sliced myoga and stir-fry briefly, then add the seasonings (sake and mentsuyu) and mix well. Finally, add the pea shoots and stir-fry quickly.
