Main Ingredients
- 🍗 2 pieces chicken breast
- 8 shishito peppers
- 🧄 5-6 cloves garlic
- 1 red chili
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
Seasoning
- 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- A pinch of ginger powder
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
ÉTAPES
Mix oyster sauce, black pepper, oligosaccharide, ginger powder, soy sauce, and hot sauce to make the stir-fry sauce.
Cut chicken breast and shishito peppers into bite-sized pieces. Slice garlic thickly and chop the red chili.
Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil in a wok and stir-fry garlic and chicken breast over high heat.
When the chicken is about 60-70% cooked, add shishito peppers and red chili to the wok and continue stir-frying.
Add the prepared stir-fry sauce and cook until the mixture is slightly reduced and the flavors meld together.
Transfer to a plate and sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
