- 1 tsp salad oil

Seasoning for Chicken
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch
Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Slice the chicken breast diagonally into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper, then lightly coat with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 1 minute until browned. Flip the pieces, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for 3-4 minutes until fully cooked.
Add the sauce ingredients (mirin, sugar, ponzu soy sauce) to the pan and stir until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
Plate the chicken and garnish with chopped green onions.
