- 🍗 1 piece (250g) skinless chicken breast
- 🥬 3 leaves green leaf lettuce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp chili bean paste
- 🧄 Pinch of grated garlic
- 🍋 1/2 tsp lemon juice
ÉTAPES
Tear the green leaf lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the chicken breast diagonally into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper, then coat with potato starch.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and pan-fry the chicken pieces over medium heat until cooked through.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl, then toss the cooked chicken pieces in the sauce.
Place the lettuce on a serving plate and top with the chicken. Serve immediately.
