- 🍗 1 chicken breast (250g)
- 🥒 1 cucumber
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 2 slices ginger
Seasoning
- 🌰 2 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp miso
- 💧 2 tsp water
ÉTAPES
Place chicken, sake, salt, ginger, and enough water to cover the chicken in a pan. Heat over medium until boiling, then reduce to low, cover, and simmer for 3 minutes. Turn off the heat and let sit for 20 minutes. Remove the chicken.
Let the chicken cool slightly, then shred into bite-sized pieces. Slice the skin into thin strips.
Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise, then slice diagonally into thin pieces.
In a separate bowl, mix the sesame seeds, sugar, miso, and water.
Combine the chicken, cucumber, chicken skin, and the sesame miso sauce in a bowl. Mix well.
