- 🍗 1 piece (300g) chicken breast
- 3 tbsp potato starch
- Enough salad oil for frying
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
Sauce
- 🧅 1/2 stalk minced green onion
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Enough white sesame seeds
- 💧 1/2 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Mince the green onion and cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix chicken with sake, salt, pepper, and mayonnaise. Let it marinate for 10 minutes. Add potato starch and mix well.
Heat salad oil to 180°C in a pot. Fry the chicken pieces for about 3 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
In a separate bowl, mix all sauce ingredients. Serve the fried chicken on a plate and drizzle the sauce over it.
