- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
- 🥗 1 bag salad mix
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Dressing
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🥛 1/2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 🍋 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- Black pepper to taste
ÉTAPES
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and rub with salt, pepper, and dried basil.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the chicken skin-side down and cook until the skin is crispy. Flip and cook on low heat for 4–5 minutes until fully cooked.
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, milk, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and black pepper to create the Caesar dressing.
Arrange the salad mix and cooked chicken on a plate. Drizzle with the Caesar dressing.
