- 🍗 1 piece (300g) chicken breast
- 🧀 2 pieces processed cheese
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 🥪 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍞 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🧀 1 tbsp grated cheese
- Enough salad oil for frying
Aurora Sauce
- 🥪 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
ÉTAPES
Cut the processed cheese into three equal vertical slices.
Remove the skin from the chicken breast. Make cuts 1cm apart along the edge, repeating six times, and season with salt and pepper.
Open the chicken slices, place a piece of cheese on each, roll them up, and shape them. Spread mayonnaise over the rolls.
Mix breadcrumbs and grated cheese in a tray, then coat the chicken rolls with the mixture.
Heat salad oil to 170°C in a pan, then fry the rolls for 1–2 minutes until golden brown, turning occasionally.
Mix mayonnaise and ketchup in a bowl to make Aurora sauce. Serve the chicken rolls with the sauce on the side.
