- 450g Chinese cabbage
- 250g daikon radish

ÉTAPES
Cut chicken thighs into approximately 8 pieces each and rub half of the salt onto them.
Chop the Chinese cabbage and slice the daikon radish into half-moon shapes. Layer them alternately with the chicken in a pot.
Add 5 cups of water and the remaining salt to the pot. Cover and bring to a boil over medium heat, skimming off any foam or impurities.
Reduce to low heat, cover, and simmer for about 40 minutes.
