- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- 🍗 110g chicken tenderloin
- 🧅 1/4 onion, chopped
- 🥦 1/4 broccoli, chopped
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 🧀 100g pizza cheese
White Sauce Ingredients
- 🧈 20g butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 🥛 200ml milk
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Cut chicken tenderloin into bite-sized pieces and marinate with cooking wine, salt, and pepper.
Chop onion and broccoli finely. Feel free to use other vegetables you have at home.
Heat a pan with a little oil, sauté minced garlic, onion, and broccoli lightly.
Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until fully cooked.
Add cooked rice to the pan and mix well while stir-frying.
Season with soy sauce and ketchup, then adjust the taste with salt if needed.
Prepare the white sauce by melting butter in a pan, adding flour, and stirring to create a roux.
Gradually add milk to the roux, stirring constantly until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
In a gratin dish, layer the white sauce, followed by the stir-fried rice, and top with more white sauce.
Sprinkle pizza cheese generously on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 10 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
Garnish with parsley flakes and serve hot.
