Main
- 2 frozen udon noodles
- 🍗 200g chicken thigh
- 250g daikon, peeled and grated
- 🧅 1/2 green onion, thinly sliced
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp chicken broth powder
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 💧 600ml water
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Thickener
- 1/2 tbsp potato starch
- 💧 1/2 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Peel and grate the daikon. Thinly slice the green onion.
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat and sauté the chicken until its color changes.
Add water, chicken broth powder, and salt to the pot. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Add frozen udon and green onion, and cook for 3 minutes over medium heat.
Add grated daikon and ginger, mix well, then add the potato starch mixture while stirring to thicken the soup.
