- 🍗 250g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/4 cabbage, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Cornstarch as needed
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1 tsp doubanjiang
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
ÉTAPES
Chop the cabbage and bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and season with a pinch of salt and cornstarch.
Heat half of the sesame oil in a pan over medium heat, stir-fry the cabbage and bell pepper briefly, then remove.
Add the remaining sesame oil to the pan, cook the chicken until fully cooked, then add the sauce ingredients and mix well.
Return the cabbage and bell pepper to the pan and stir-fry everything together.
