- 🍗 1 piece chicken breast
- 1 stick imitation crab
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Soft rice cakes
- Adequate perilla leaves
- 🧀 Cheddar slice cheese
- 🥕 Chopped carrot
- Chopped chives
- 🥛 Drained tofu

- Cooking oil
ÉTAPES
Cut the chicken breast into appropriate sizes and place in a blender.
Cut the imitation crab stick into 4 pieces, separating the red part and placing the rest in the blender.
Blend the chicken breast and imitation crab together. Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
Finely chop the prepared vegetables and add them to the bowl.
Add drained tofu and a pinch of salt to the bowl.
Skewer soft rice cakes onto sticks.
Mix the ingredients in the bowl thoroughly and divide into 4 portions.
Flatten one portion into a rectangular shape using a spatula. Layer perilla leaves, cheese, and rice cakes on top.
Roll the mixture using a scraper and seal the ends with your hands.
Place the red part of the imitation crab on top of the roll.
Place the rolls on an oiled oven tray and brush oil on the top of the rolls.
Bake in a preheated oven at 210°C for 15-20 minutes.
