INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 200g ground chicken
- 🥬 2 leaves lettuce
- 🥕 1/4 carrot
- 40g vermicelli
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Chicken Meatball Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp potato starch
Soup Base
- 💧 600ml water
- 1 tbsp sake

ÉTAPES
Cut the carrot into thin slices by dividing it lengthwise into thirds and then slicing each piece thinly.
In a bowl, mix the ground chicken with the chicken meatball seasonings (sake, salt, and potato starch) until sticky.
In a pot, bring the soup base ingredients (water, sake, salt, soy sauce) to a boil. Scoop the chicken mixture into small balls using a spoon and add them to the pot. Skim off any foam and simmer with the lid on low heat for about 8 minutes.
Add the carrot slices and vermicelli to the pot, cover, and simmer for another 3 minutes. Tear the lettuce into pieces and add it to the pot, cooking briefly. Drizzle sesame oil over the soup before serving.
