Meat
- 🍗 200g ground chicken (thigh)
Egg
- 🥚 1/2 beaten egg
Vegetables
- 🌱 1/2 bag bean sprouts
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Herbs
- 🌿 Italian parsley as needed
Seasoning for Meat Mixture
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧂 A pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch
Sauce Ingredients
- 💧 100cc water
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp tonkatsu sauce
- 🧈 5g salted butter
ÉTAPES
In a bowl, mix ground chicken, beaten egg, and the seasonings for the meat mixture until sticky. Add bean sprouts and mix while folding. Divide into 12 portions and shape into balls.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook while rolling them until the surface changes color.
Add the sauce ingredients to the pan and simmer for 3–4 minutes while rolling the meatballs.
Plate the meatballs and garnish with Italian parsley.
