INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 🍗 500g ground chicken
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg
Flour
- 70g all-purpose flour
Oil
- Enough salad oil for frying
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp sake
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
ÉTAPES
Place ground chicken, egg, and seasonings into a plastic bag and knead well.
Add flour to the bag and knead again to form the batter.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan to 170°C, filling to about 1cm depth.
Scoop the batter with a spoon, shape it, and place it into the frying pan.
Fry until the nuggets are cooked through and golden brown.
