- 🍗 400g ground chicken (thigh meat)
- 🧊 150g firm tofu
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 🧂 A pinch of black pepper
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 🧀 3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🌾 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
For Cooking
- As needed vegetable oil
For Serving
- 🍅 As needed ketchup
- 🍯 As needed honey mustard
ÉTAPES
Wrap the firm tofu in a kitchen paper towel, place it on a microwave-safe plate, and heat it in the microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Let it cool to room temperature.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, prepared tofu, and all the seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic, Parmesan cheese, egg, and flour). Mix thoroughly until well combined.
Preheat a takoyaki maker to 170°C and generously coat it with vegetable oil. Add the chicken mixture into the molds and cook, turning occasionally, until the nuggets are cooked through and golden brown.
Serve the nuggets with ketchup and honey mustard on the side.
