INGRÉDIENTS
Protein
- 🍗 100g chicken breast (skinless)
Vegetables
- 8 shiso leaves, thinly sliced
- 100g bean sprouts
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1 tbsp ground white sesame
- A pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Remove the stems from the shiso leaves and slice them thinly.
Pierce the chicken breast with a fork several times.
Spread the bean sprouts in a microwave-safe container and place the chicken breast on top. Sprinkle sake over it, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes until the chicken is cooked. Let it cool slightly under the wrap.
Drain excess liquid, shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces, and mix with the bean sprouts and shiso leaves in a bowl.
Combine sesame oil, ponzu sauce, ground white sesame, and pepper in a bowl. Toss the chicken, bean sprouts, and shiso leaves with the dressing.
