INGRÉDIENTS
Protein
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
ÉTAPES
Remove yellowish fat from the chicken thigh and make cuts in thick parts of the meat.
Season both sides of the chicken with salt and pepper, let it rest for 10 minutes, then pat dry with kitchen paper.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over low heat and place the chicken skin-side down. Press the meat flat with a spatula and cook for about 8 minutes until the skin is crispy and the edges turn white.
Flip the chicken and cook for another 5 minutes on low heat until fully cooked.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and serve on a plate.
