- 🍗 1 bowl of chicken meat
- 🧅 1 stalk of green onion
Meat Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 pinch of pepper
Sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 💧 2 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Prepare all the ingredients.
Season the chicken with soy sauce and pepper.
Cut the green onion into bite-sized pieces.
Skewer the chicken and green onion alternately onto sticks.
Mix the sauce ingredients together in a bowl.
Heat oil in a pan and cook the skewers until the chicken is fully cooked.
Reduce to low heat and brush the sauce onto the skewers.
Flip the skewers and continue brushing the sauce while cooking.
