INGRÉDIENTS
Main
- 🍗 300g skinless chicken breast
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧀 1 tbsp grated cheese
- Potato starch as needed
- Vegetable oil as needed
Marinade
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
BBQ Sauce
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 🍯 1/2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tbsp mustard
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- Black pepper to taste
ÉTAPES
Cut the chicken into 1.5–2cm thick sticks. Place them in a plastic bag, add sake and salt & pepper, and massage well. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
Mix all BBQ sauce ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
Add egg and grated cheese to the marinated chicken and massage thoroughly.
Lightly drain the chicken pieces and coat them with potato starch.
Heat vegetable oil to 180°C in a pot, and fry the chicken sticks for about 3 minutes until golden and crispy.
Serve the chicken sticks on a plate with the BBQ sauce on the side.
