INGRÉDIENTS
Main
- 🍗 1 chicken thigh (250g)
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🍄 6 mushrooms, halved
- A pinch of chopped parsley
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Sauce
- 🥛 150ml milk
- 50ml white wine
- 🍅 200g canned tomatoes
- 🧈 30g salted butter
- 1 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
Butter Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls of cooked rice (300g)
- 🧈 30g salted butter
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
ÉTAPES
Slice the onion thinly, halve the mushrooms, and finely chop the parsley.
Cut the chicken thigh into 1cm slices, season with salt and pepper, and coat with flour.
Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the chicken until both sides change color.
Add onion and mushrooms to the pan, cook until the onion softens, then add sauce ingredients and simmer for 15–20 minutes.
In a separate pan, melt butter, add rice, and season with salt and pepper. Stir-fry to make butter rice.
Plate the butter rice, pour the chicken stroganoff over it, and garnish with parsley.
