INGRÉDIENTS
Main
- 🍗 1 chicken tender
- 🥬 1/4 cabbage

- 🧂 2 pinches of salt
- 1 tsp sake
Dressing
- 2 tbsp ground sesame
- 2 tsp vinegar

Cut the cabbage into small bite-sized pieces. Slice off the ends of the cucumber and julienne it. Place both in a bowl, add salt, and massage. Let sit for 5 minutes, then thoroughly squeeze out excess water.

In a bowl, mix the dressing ingredients (ground sesame, vinegar, soy sauce, and sugar) until well combined.
