- 🍗 1 chicken tender (60g)
Vegetables
- 🌽 2 tbsp frozen corn
Oil
- Enough salad oil for frying
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A dash of pepper
- 2 tsp all-purpose flour
ÉTAPES
Remove the tendon from the chicken tender and roughly mince it. Rinse the frozen corn under running water and drain well.
In a bowl, mix the minced chicken, corn, and all seasoning ingredients thoroughly. Divide the mixture into three portions and shape them into round patties.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan to about 170°C (1cm depth). Add the patties and pan-fry them, rolling occasionally to cook evenly.
